Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the platform; duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in permanent suspension.
All transactions on the 11 ph platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, online bank transfer, and over-the-counter cash payment at partner outlets. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification and any applicable processing times. 11 ph does not charge hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The 11 ph platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. You agree not to attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, use automated software or bots, or engage in any form of collusion with other players. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the account suspended without notice. 11 ph reserves the right to void bets, adjust balances, or close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or violation of these terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. The platform is intended for use within the Philippines; access from restricted jurisdictions is not permitted and is the sole responsibility of the user.
